Rotary in Uppingham worked with Uppingham Surgery and its Patient Participation Group (PPG) plus a wide range of social end economic partners to host a launch event for those impacted by Dementia on Monday May 13th 2024.
A wide range of experts and supporting agencies were available to talk to at what became a very well attended event.
