This year the partnership is to pilot a small number of work experience placements for local students.
The first will be a passenger assistant role with the Uppingham Hopper and an appointment has already been made to begin later in the year.
Volunteering roles at the town’s 2023 events are also to be expanded. These include The Stilton Cheese Run, The Uppingham Feast and Xmas Late Night Shopping.
