Dr Sarah Furness PhD, Lord Lieutenant of Rutland braved the rain in Uppingham on Friday October 11th to help launch the rebranding of local business Castle Car Care Ltd. The company offers technical support and expertise to local community minibus, the Uppingham Hopper and is a popular garage with many residents. It is also a sponsor of Uppingham in Bloom.

In her remarks Dr Furness stressed the importance of independent local businesses to the future of the Rutland economy.
