Retiring High Sheriff Richard Cole is pictured helping to deliver medicines from Boots the Chemist in Uppingham High Street via the Uppingham Hopper on Friday April 3rd 2021.
Richard spent more than an hour on the Hopper which was operating to its normal timetable while delivering the urgently needed medicines.
