CPRE Rutland, the local countryside charity, has announced a series of public consultation workshops to engage with the Rutland community in preparing a forward vision for Rutland in 2036.
The mornings of Monday September 21st and Thursday September 24th will see a team of consultants and CPRE Rutland officials host online discussions to gather member and community views on what Rutland should be like in 2036.
It is expected that the environment, housing, transport, health, the rural economy, education and equality of opportunity will all figure in a Rutland Vision publication to be created by the end of the year following public debate. A special event for younger residents is being organised online for a later date.
