Edward was a valued supporter of Uppingham First and Chair for many years and a passionate advocate for Rutland and its communities. His dedication to public service was evident in the many important roles he held over the years, including Chairman and Leader of Rutland County Council, Chair of the Planning Committee, and representative on the Rutland Water Partnership and Rural Community Council. These are just a few of the many positions he undertook, always with a deep sense of duty and care for local residents.
We are grateful for the support Edward gave to Uppingham First and for the wisdom and commitment he brought to every conversation. His legacy will be remembered with respect and appreciation by all who worked with him.
