Rutland County Council has published the Regulation 16 draft of the updated Uppingham Neighbourhood Plan.
The public consultation period runs until November 3rd following which an External Examiner will be appointed.
Copies of the plan can be found in Uppingham Library, Uppingham Town Hall and on the RCC website.
Approving the draft plan for publication and public comment, RCC cabinet members complimented its construct and professionalism.
Chair of the Uppingham Neighbourhood Plan Advisory Group, Ron Simpson BEM (pictured), commented that he expected the plan to be submitted for external examination by the end of the year.
